Jake Williams This album may be simplistic but it absolutely kills it when it comes to achieving so much complexity and power from only two dudes in a basement! Favorite track: Warrior Child.

Misfit1969 Driving rock, still showcasing kool lyrics. Favorite track: Edge of the Sea.

Frederick Jones Wasn't sure how to take this. With just a Bass and Drums it not something I was to familiar with. After a couple of listens it really grew on me. Vocals are edgy and rough and fit the music perfectly. Hopefully they will put together a full album soon. Had to go out and pick up the vinyl. Got the midnight edition with the alt. Purple cover. Sounds great on wax. Favorite track: Edge of the Sea.

1.
Rising over the shore, puncturing the sky Shaker of the earth, embers glow at night The people of the land know his destructive hand Brother of the moon, bringer of doom Human sacrifice can’t satisfy you Fallen sons of God dwell down deep inside you A wooden cross stands in defiance The Mouth of Hell will devour us Liquid fire pours into the sea Three years burning, wrath of the pagan gods Exorcise the demon from the heart of the mountain And pray for Brother of the Moon to sleep
2.
Over the mountains and under the stars lies a shrine to the child that was born with a sword in her hand pilgrimage over the wavering sands of time pray to the god in the sky for a victory sign offering burnt on the flames drink of the blood from the veins menacing sky, storm blowing in from the east howl of the wind and the cry of the tempest grows nigh light of the northern star will guide to the shore face to the wind, trusting our fate to the waves light of the morning star eye of the crimson sky beckon the warrior child from the abyss to the flames of the fire taken to distant lands and waters cleansed by the blood of the damned tasted the fruit of the gods before we bled on the temple's steps fled the island of pigs where men were charmed by the witch's song
3.
Horses scream across the open plain Gunfire crackles, thunder clouds the air Fighting for the right to roam the land White man’s got to own and bleed it dry And so we shed these tears of blood upon the ground As the Ancestors await us in the sky You came, we gave, and welcomed you into the land You lie, and steal, and butcher those who sleep at night Make man your slave, and break his spirit as we turn to ghosts And hide inside the shadows looking to the sky This legacy of sorrow hangs above Our heads just like fog upon a lake The bottle brings a refuge from the pain Our way of life is dead and gone away You reap what you sow
4.
mind awakens from sleep truth like acid burns melting frames of celluloid everything begins by the edge of the sea wash away your sins bleed your conscience clean crawl out of the sea slip back into the dream as shapes become clear stand and face your fear buried deep in ash and clay our innocence lost in the fray wash away your sins bleed your conscience clean crawl out of the sea slip back into the dream

about

Olde Growth Boston

With bass and drums, Olde Growth creates music that evokes the awe inspiring relics of the natural world - giant trees that span millennia, jagged, snow-capped mountains that only the bravest of souls attempt to scale, oceans who’s mysterious depth are as alien as the most imaginative worlds out of science fiction.
